I have managed to know the mistakes and I will try to avoid that next time. My two mistakes: 1- I forgot that Linkedin will limit the applications because my profile is not premium (paid). 2- I chose the wrong location and all those who applied (15-20) thought it is paid position, not a volunteer one. That being said, I will start another one but will avoid the above two mistakes this time.
