Hi Jack, Thanks for finding this! This is not normal :( I am not entirely sure how that happened, but surely we can fix it :) So you opened 'Clock Settings' from the clock menu correct? Or did you modify 'Timezone Settings' jwm-settings-manager does not require root, though Timezone Settings does... however I will look into the issue a bit more.
