So I rebuilt ztweaks, and I am rebuilding the ISO. I forgot to install ztweaks in the base OS, so that will be another thing to do before the *final* ISO.
I will post again when the ISO builds and is uploaded. I did check the OBI log on my VM ( i just tested the previous ISO I made with the faulty ztweaks) And it did successfully update grub... so this *should* be fully working now :) Grub is updated before the user config script is run, so if there are further issues with it, I will simply move it after user-config. There may be something we are doing that interferes with grub there, though I don't think there is....
