Hi Paul, I have been running wget to get the latest torios.pdf when I build
Anyhow, I did *apt-cache search latex html* and got a large list... some notable /sudo apt-get/'s include latex2html hevea tth so I'd suggest installing all three. then man each one and try each on the document to see which one works the best!!
