Hi Jörn, I agree! I was actually contemplating using usbmount only for the first ISO, and then looking into installing udiskie for the real release. But, I'd have to package it up and make a PPA. I am just not sure how to package python programs quite yet. I have the beginnings of a package for it, just to test it out.
You can check it out here on GitHub: https://github.com/coldfix/udiskie It looks pretty well maintained On 08/26/2014 04:04 AM, Joern wrote: > usbmount is good, but I think it's not handling cd/dvd drives. > > Jörn > > > Am 26.08.2014 um 02:17 schrieb Israel <isr...@torios.org>: > >> Hi everyone, >> I am currently in the process of working on ToriOS Alpha release. >> I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for automounting drives? >> >> Obviously in most DE this is handled by the filemanager (i.e. PcManFM, >> Nautilus, Thunar, etc....) >> Rox does not handle this, so I am wondering what options exist that >> anyone here has used before, if anyone has done this. >> >> I am checking out a few programs to use, so if no one has any ideas, I >> will test out some of the ones I think are best. :) >> >> -- >> Regards >> >> >> -- >> Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~torios >> Post to : torios@lists.launchpad.net >> Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~torios >> More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp -- Regards -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~torios Post to : torios@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~torios More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
