Both Logos seem fine to me.
I like the regular script as do a lot of the 'Linux' people, but I also
like the brush-stroke script.
I think that the boxy regular one might make a better Menu icon.... but
I understand that others may feel the opposite way.
So my +1 goes to the original logo... But I will be content with either
one.
