[Torios] domain is back

The domain is back and this shouldn't happen again. I know I have a few 
emails to respond to but I not only threw my back out pretty severely 
shoveling snow a couple days ago, I got sick from spending the entire 
day shoveling in the extreme cold. I am slightly sedated so it's best I 
do not respond to any official business for the day, or at least most of 
it. When I am back in action I will explain why the domain disappeared 
for so long - it's kind of wild.
