Since we all agreed that this is a community based project and every decision will be taken based on (+1, -1, 0) policy, I gave you my vote already :D and by the way, I don't think I will overload this position with recruitment. Let's talk about that later but the recruitment for this project will be each and everyone's task. Everyone will recruit for this project, not one person in specific. However, each Leader/Driver will recruit people for his/her team to begin with.
