Hi Israel,
I see the 2 builds you did to include 'find-cursor' FAILEDTOBUILD'. Jack PS: It works okay on the Trusty install I've updated today. ________________________________ From: Israel <israeld...@gmail.com> Sent: 14 August 2017 7:04 PM To: Cinque Port Computers Cc: torios- dev; Nio Wiklund Subject: Re: TESTING: Re: [Torios-dev] JWM 2.4.0 and beyond On 08/14/2017 07:16 AM, Cinque Port Computers wrote: Hi Israel, I installed in VB the latest Deb. daily iso you recently made. I updated it and checked that those pesky desktop shortcuts were persistent and they are. The problem I'm having (new one) is that on most windows I can't get the mouse to widen or lengthen the window by hovering on a side. I also can't grab the window's title bar to move the window either or grab a corner and enlarge or shrink the window. I can't get the close, minimise, or maximise buttons to do anything either. I'm having to go to the window's icon in the taskbar , right click to get a menu and resize or close that way. Cheers, Jack Hi Jack, I discovered this issue recently when working on updating the base again. So... here is the issue... JWM 2.4.0 IS actually now in the ToriOS repos... but it is a version prior to JWM requiring the new config system which needs gettext >=0.19 (trusty only carries 0.18 Jessie carries 0.19 so I thought it would fail because of trusty...) Anyhow there are some MAJOR config changes which I needed to work around. How to fix? hopefully torios-packagetool upgrade (aka sudo apt update && sudo apt -y full-upgrade) Please let me know if this works! So.... -- Regards
