I am in the process of re-creating the ToriOS manual from my original manual.
https://github.com/zleap/Torios-2017 I am now using LyX as I find that a little easier, I have figured out how to do things like citations and bibliography, table of contents and an index. Given we are now based on Debian Jessie the new manual will reflect that.
