Hi Jack after thinking about it and doing a bit of testing, can you edit your .jwmrc file, and move stuff around to get:
<StartupCommand>nice-start</StartupCommand> <StartupCommand>$HOME/.config/jsm-mouse</StartupCommand> <StartupCommand>pcmanfm --desktop</StartupCommand> basically put nice-start FIRST and pcmanfm LAST See if this fixes the issue, or makes it worse :) I am wondering if nice-start voids out the previous commands in a way... it may be one of the /etc/xdg/autostart files is having some issue and then when jwm is drawn it is drawn on TOP of pcmanfm, rather than the other way around. -- Regards
