Hi Jack,
Many moons ago I wrote a locale chooser to download the
right language packs. AFAIK it worked, but had some minor
issues. I have since added this to the torios-desktop
package. I am building it right now. It may have some
serious issue, or it may simply work :)
I would appreciate testing, as this might be the simplest
way to do this (since it already exists, and is fairly small
and requires somewhere around 3kB space)
If this works well we can simply use it :) If it is kinda
broke, I will look at it and fix it.

Let me know how testing this goes! I may/may not get a
chance to test it, I have to go out.
