Hi! It's increasingly hard to keep 32-bit arm hardware running.
So with 0.4.3.x hitting stable, we are no longer providing arm32 (that is armel and armhf) binary Debian packages on deb.torproject.org. If you still need such, you should be able to still get the Debian source packages from deb.torproject.org and build them yourselves.
