[tor-talk] riseup.net onion

Does anyone have a link to a page
on riseup.net that declares their onion
for the main riseup.net homepage? They have a pgp signed
list of onion services but that does not contain their main site.
And another unsigned onion noted that doesn't work
and has no description of what it actually points to.
