There was nothing in Mick's email a regular wiseguy on the street wouldnt have quipped after reading Mark McCarron's unsupported assertions, certainly nothing legally actionable. Mark has succeeded in proving something, however. Namely that he is clueless as well as full of, erm, bluster.
