Sure. The scripts I use to make the SRPM are available on Gitorious [1]. Essentially it's taking the Firefox SRPM from Red Hat, applying the patches from Tor Browser, and doing some "other stuff". This "other stuff" is documented in the CHANGELOG [2]. The SRPM itself is not included in the repository (as you can just generate it from the scripts), but I've just made it available here [3]. (I then use the SRPM to build the RPM packages in mock. I think debootstrap is the rough Debian equivalent to mock.) Hope that helps.
