I was concerned about the idle usage of Orbot myself when I originally installed it and took some measurements. I decided that I couldn't leave it turned on permanently because it was sucking up too much bandwidth. I only get 500MB/month on my phone plan. Is it going to be possible to significantly reduce the idle bandwidth usage? - -- Mike Cardwell https://grepular.com/ http://cardwellit.com/ OpenPGP Key 35BC AF1D 3AA2 1F84 3DC3 B0CF 70A5 F512 0018 461F XMPP OTR Key 8924 B06A 7917 AAF3 DBB1 BF1B 295C 3C78 3EF1 46B4 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQGGBAEBCgBwBQJP4kzaMBSAAAAAACAAB3ByZWZlcnJlZC1lbWFpbC1lbmNvZGlu Z0BwZ3AuY29tcGdwbWltZTgUgAAAAAAVABpwa2EtYWRkcmVzc0BnbnVwZy5vcmdt aWtlLmNhcmR3ZWxsQGdyZXB1bGFyLmNvbQAKCRCdJiMBwdHnBDclCADCWAaddbsg ol9OcmLExpF1HcGCRgI5Urx4UBZbChi1SBcuXjCNz6qBGohVRBnGoLOgnXj3Cb2B a+4AmDasIc09CZ0PUPIy/5RnrJgNcx6Dsz3CjMSO5qrPbZ+zyQtobsWiFRYEesae 9xXEv1QbpsCQuUR84WPTBZQE8yvJaiMmtb5iTm44yItg2ydmbKq5qhTvRcfQ2jEU pOuq2zvP4fgPHgEc04A6VK/SRMGPucuzk6fR1v2nWgJXOTYjiJZ9teE4x+p+d1GJ Gju6VtgRSJkYMohmvCvT5qE0h+WnpOcaZYon2/FZOwuUgB8xREzrqtkdX6POGYBc UhfQVtn/yFK4 =Uw12 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ tor-talk mailing list tor-talk@lists.torproject.org https://lists.torproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tor-talk
