There's GnuPT Portable. It comes with an graphical interface (WinPT) which allows you to check a signature, without typing a command-line, which might be restricted in such environments. GnuPT and WinPT are open source, so it's possible to check for anything bad. It's available in some languages (German/French/English/Spanish/...). The homepage is in German, so I won't link it here.
