We cannot safely fix this issue for Torbutton. You must use Tor Browser to access hotmail safely. See https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/3580 for details on how to use hotmail with Torbutton unsafely, if you insist on using Torbutton with regular Firefox.
