There is no such script in the folder in version 0.4.9.11
I compiled Tor from latest source tarball.
I have 'scripts\maint\geoip\update_geoip.sh'. But it's meant for
IP2Location (not GeoIP2. But since you're using the tarball,
that script is probably not included.
I'm not sure about the sorry state of geoip-info in Tor these
days. Someone else please clarify.
