This looks like the same question as your previous thread: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-relays/2019-May/017317.html Did you assign a static address to your relay? Did you set up port forwarding correctly? Your relay is only receiving a few connections (5) from the outside. But you should be seeing many more connections. At least 1 connection from each of 9 authorities, every few hours. T
