It's working now. The problem was that I was using 8080. It just wasn't working 
with the default port, even though I've opened the port. With 8081 everything 
is fine.

Just to make sure I'm not misunderstanding something: The Onion Box requires 
APScheduler 3.x, which is not available in Debian Jessie and Jessie-Backports? 
That means there's no way of running The Onion Box without mixing in code from 
Debian versions flagged as "unstable"?
