Hello, Thanks, everyone, for all the help. Obfs4proxy is up and running on a Pi2. Although the information on the subject is scattered across several issues on this list, I hope others can use it to build some bridges! http://www.zipplet.co.uk/index.php/content/raspberrypi_golang was a useful page on getting go 1.2 or higher installed on a Pi2.
