The latest GeoLite2 database says USA for these addresses: ::ffff:178.62.64.0,114,6252001,,,,38.0000,-97.0000,0,0 6252001,NA,"North America",US,"United States",,,,, But maybe this address range was recently transferred and the next database will correctly resolve them to the UK.
