Your relay is fine -- atlas is right. The contactinfo it's listing for you seems to belong to the "waldfrosch" relay: https://exonerator.torproject.org/serverdesc?desc-id=226dfd574c920b850f67786645c4d800fd754892 Maybe the funny characters are confusing the old Torstatus program?
