Hi Steve,

Due to various internal changes to the architecture, the TBC Eclipse plug-ins 
are currently lazy-loaded, which means that you first need to open some 
project/folder with TBC-related files before it is warming up. We are aware of 
this and may restore the old behaviour in a future release.
