Continuing the "age" thread, I turned 82 last Dec. and can appreciate
the challenges of antenna work, or even sitting in the operating chair
during contests. [1]

Shorter contests, slower yard work on 3 acres of land, and longer
antenna maintenance are becoming the norm due to complaints from
knees, hips back and shoulders. But its still fun and a thrill to work
far away places, provided by George and other DXers. And it helps keep
me feeling young, if only for a few hours at a time.
