Tonight, 11/21 local (i.e. Tuesday night here in NC), Dima's signal went from -17 (not too bad) to between -9 and -4. Hearing him every sequence for last 15 or more minutes. I think strong enough to work cw. But I think noisier over there as his reports are not as loud.
