The smaller receiving Delta loop optimized for 160 meters is by
Earl K6SE (sk) and is a K6SE paper is posting on eham..

It is in ON4UN "Low Band DXing" books. In the fifth edition,
it no longer mentions Earl, but it is called a " Delta Shaped Loop" Page
7-104 Chapter 7.
It is the smaller receiving loop.
