Topband: K9AY Question

I have a new QTH and am seeking advice.  I have an acre
of land, mostly cover with trees.   There
is not enough space for a beverage, so I'm thinking a the K9AY loop may be way
to go.  I can place the loop at one end of the lot and an inverted ell on the 
other.  Will the K9AY loop be workable installed among
trees?
