That's a matter of taste.

I use this form when I want to adress special 
parts of the original post. This makes it easier
to create correlations between the contents.
But I use this form not often. The normal case is 
like this reply.

Realy confusing is this style if you can't
separate the original post from the reply
because the lines of the original post are 
not prefixed.
