Today, only an InstallShield installer for the tomcat connector exists. I don't have InstallShield. And besides, Tomcat itself uses NSIS. I would like to donate the code to the ASF. The file attached to this mail contains all necessary files. They can be extracted to TOMCAT_SOURCE\jakarta-tomcat-connectors\jk\native\iis\installer_nsi, i.e. parallel to the existing InstallShield installer.
