It's not going to be fixed in 5.0.x.

Session created with cross context need to be created using the same session id
(and you need to use emptySessionPath). I think another added step is required
is to look again in the cookie list to see if the session exists. That's the
only way. I do not care at all about the problem, and I will not do anything to
address it, but OTOH I heard Jan enjoys cross context stuff.
