In the original post, and in the provided test case, the request dispatcher is
obtained from the original context A request. It is not obtained from context B.

Your analysis is wrong. This bug is invalid.

The sequence of events you are describing is fundamentally different because you
get the RD from context B, not from the request. If you have a test WAR for your
sequence of events that you believe deomnstrates invalid behaviour please open a
new bug report and attach you WAR.
