IE browser shows a Blank Page when a user clicks on this URL. When the Packet Trace was done on this URL access the request reached the Tomcat server and for some reason Tomcat did not process this request. Also in the logs i do not see any Access Logs too. However if a user hits refresh on the Browser the tomcat serves the page.
