Tested with Struts' example webapp, precompiled, deployed and undeployed using the Tomcat deployer (which uses the Ant tasks), with both antiJARLocking and antiResourceLocking (which both do deployment where expected). Without one of these two options, some JARs remain, which is to be expected.
