http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31341 getting javac java.lang.OutOfMemoryError after org.apache.jasper.JspC" name="jasper2 when precompiling jsps [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-09-21 14:43 ------- Not a Tomcat bug. Some apps require more memory to compile (it's not just one JSP at a time always, there are other variables like custom tags). The default of 64MB is frequently insufficient, although 512MB seems like overkill: try 128MB maybe? Either way, it's normal and expected, not a bug. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
