The CVS module doesn't matter as much as the fact NOTICE (and LICENSE) need to end up in the top-level directory of our distribution when it's unpacked. From where does the build dist take the LICENSE/NOTICE files?
It's jakarta-tomcat-5. So what kind of statements go in NOTICE ?
