http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26451 URL.openConnection() returns sun class with JDK 1.4.2_03 ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-01-30 05:44 ------- Becky, chill. If Sun decides to do away with the com.sun.net.** package, then they will replace the functionality with something else. Tomcat 5.0.x's SSL implementation is currently completely agnositic to the vendors implementation (and has been for a very long time on the client-side implementation :). Simply downloading the source distro, and doing a simple 'grep' will show that Tomcat has no dependancies on the com.sun.net.** package. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
