It's probably easier if either: - only one guy does it (so he knows what needs to be in the changelog) - everyone updates the changelog when making a change
As the second is too messy and generates too much mail, I think it's the RM's duty to do the first item :) This is really boring, of course, but at least it's manageable this way.
