The best I could ever find is a PDF of a presentation that Craig McClanahan made back in June of 2000. Look for "Tomcat Servlet" in this page; http://servlet.java.sun.com/javaone/conf/bofs/1290/google-sf2001.jsp The pdf is free, but they seem to want to charge for the audio.
