This was noted when attempting to upgrade from 4.0.4 to 4.1.27, so the issue must be introduced somewhere between these code bases. This is a continuing issue for people on the list - and since it is preventing me from deploying the latest code I've marked it as a 'critical' - appologies if this is presumptuious.
