Yes, but not...

must be changed into:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/jakarta/struts/binaries/jakarta-struts-1.1.tar.gz
The change from 1.0.2 to 1.1 is impossible but the interesting would be to have cgi that redirects to the result of closer.cgi instead displaying it.
Okeydokey.
Should we ask infrastructure?
I think no (i am afraid infra team can do nothing :-). I fixed some.
Please $ cat /x1/www/jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-struts/.htaccess
and confirm.
Looks great for me, but I have asked the struts-user@ (Oops should have do it to structs-dev@). I am not ((yet) subcripted to the list so the mail will reach someone that will check if what we are doing is what they except.
I will ask slive to know if it would be possible to have another mirrors.cgi to be able to follow the direction.

Also, please note that the directory, /www/www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/
would be resync-ed everyday into mirrored-sites and /www/archive.apache.org/dist/jakarta/ (without *delete*). Once
you put something, they won't be deleted @ mirrored and
archive.apache.org sites.
hope this helps.
