Socketclose delay did not work, but the CoyoteConnector2 does.

Perhaps there is some HTTP protocol logging I can turn on? I thought that this 
was a relatively simply matter of making sure that the input buffer was flushed 
before sending data back down the pipe. I could understand it if that was 
declared to be an "illegal" thing to do, but then I'd expect Tomcat to throw 
some kind of exception to tell me that I was doing something stupid :-)
