Here's my own failure, trying to run "ant download":

et-api-2.4\lib\servlet-api.jar (The system cannot find the path 
specified) (and the archive is probably corrupt but I co
uld not delete it)

I agree that consistency is good, but breaking the build for days is not 
good ;-)
