Getting the various jakarta-tomcat's to build together
in Gump is tricky. The change to make jakarta-tomcat depend
on jakarta-tomcat-coyote_10 instead of
jakarta-tomcat-connectors represents a fundamental
build change. jakarta-tomcat-connectors doesn't actually
build anything (it just forces source to be fetched),
where jakarta-tomcat-coyote_10 does build something.

How to best resolve this depends on who is going to
depend on jakarta-tomcat-coyote_10. Since jakarta-tomcat-4.0
doesn't currently depend on it, I'll assume it is only
jakarta-tomcat that needs it. I can make additional changes
later if that assumption proves incorrect.
