Jasper currently uses its own private logging facility implemented in the org.apache.jasper.logging package. This is inconsistent with the way the other Tomcat subsystems perform logging (by leveraging the commons-logging package).Proposal is to remove org.apache.jasper.logging, and replace calls to it with calls to the commons-logging APIs. Comments?
