http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16178 Unix process does not get killed when Tomcat is shutdown [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-01-17 01:43 ------- The shutdown.sh script only signals the running tomcat 4 instance to shutdown. It can take tomcat a while to shutdown depending on the request load. On a production system I have had to wait 10-30 seconds sometime for tomcat to complete its shutdown. Do a tail on the log for the Connector you are using and check for Processor stopping messages. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
