Right.  Forrest looks promising and that may be the way to go sometime
in the future.  I don't have the time right now.  Adding printer friendly
docs with our current doc build is pretty simple. :-)

Adding a new stylesheet looks ok with me, as I don't see what it would break. This is probably not the best solution, of course, but it looks like it's "least effort". +1.
