No, it's not binding at all ;) I'm not a committer. But I do use tomcat a lot, advocate it a lot, educate a lot of people on its use, plan to contribute more code, and wanted to let the current developers and committers know that IMHO (and I really do intend the Humble in there) such a distribution would be useful.
